Job summary

Red Bull Racing & Technology is seeking a Structures Analyst to advance the engineering of Formula One race cars. You will perform structural analyses, validate designs with FEA and hand calculations, and work with Design, Aerodynamics, Vehicle Dynamics, R&D Testing and the Race Team to influence concepts from idea through to trackside performance.

We look for a pragmatic engineer with strong analytical thinking and a hands‑on approach to real‑world challenges.

Qualifications

• Experience applying structural analysis in high-performance engineering.
• Proficiency with both manual calculations and FEA techniques.
• Ability to investigate, optimise and validate engineering designs.
• Knowledge of structural behaviour across composites, metals and plastics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structural assessments and performance‑driven analysis for components and assemblies.
• Collaborate with Design, Aerodynamics, Vehicle Dynamics, R&D Testing and Race Team.
• Identify opportunities for weight reduction, increased stiffness and durability.
• Support concept through to trackside performance with robust validation.
