Vertu Land Rover Truro is seeking a proactive Business Manager to lead finance, insurance and add-on sales, maximizing profitability while ensuring high-quality customer service. The role will build tailored packages, manage compliance, and guide the sales team through the ActiveSales process to hit targets.
The ideal candidate has automotive leadership experience, strong knowledge of F&I products, negotiation skills, and a full UK driving licence.
Formación
- Experience as a Business Manager / Transaction Manager / Sales Manager in automotive (preferred).
- Knowledge of finance and insurance products and compliance.
- Proven ability to influence, negotiate and close deals.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
Responsabilidades
- Build and present tailored finance packages to customers.
- Ensure FCA and insurance regulations compliance.
- Support the sales team through the ActiveSales process.
- Drive performance against departmental targets.
- Maximise sales of finance, warranty, GAP, paint protection and insurance products.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the purchase journey.
- Support both new and used vehicle sales.
