Job summary

Vertu Land Rover Truro is seeking an experienced Business Manager (F&I) to join the high-performing team. You will drive finance and insurance sales, build tailored packages, and ensure FCA/compliance while supporting both new and used vehicles.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Manager/Transaction Manager/Sales Manager in automotive.
• Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products and compliance.
• Proven ability to influence, negotiate and close deals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Build and present tailored finance packages to customers.
• Ensure compliance with FCA and insurance regulations.
• Support sales team through the ActiveSales process.
• Drive performance against departmental targets.
• Maximise sales of finance, warranty, GAP, paint protection and insurance.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the journey.

What we’re looking for

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience as aBusiness Manager / Transaction Manager / Sales Managerwithin automotive (preferred)
• Strong knowledge offinance and insurance productsand compliance
• Proven ability toinfluence, negotiate and close deals
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, target-driven attitude with the ability to perform under pressure
