Vertu Land Rover Exeter is seeking a Business Manager (F&I) to join our premium automotive brand. You will lead finance and insurance sales, tailor packages for customers, and drive profitability while ensuring outstanding service throughout the purchase journey.

Key duties include FCA/compliance, presenting finance options, supporting the sales team via ActiveSales, and achieving departmental targets. Automotive management experience and a UK driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Manager/Transaction Manager/Sales Manager within automotive
• Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products and compliance
• Proven ability to influence, negotiate and close deals
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, target-driven attitude under pressure
• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Business Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team and maximising profitability through the sale of finance, insurance and add‑on products.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will have:
