The role involves welcoming guests, taking orders, serving with high standards, and collaborating with kitchen and bar teams in a fast-paced environment. 24-hour contract and a range of staff benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service, making their experience enjoyable from start to finish.
• Take and process food and drink orders accurately, noting and fulfilling special requests.
• Serve food and drinks with care, maintaining high presentation standards and timing.
• Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas, keeping an inviting dining space.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including basic barista duties and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Keep dining area stocked by assisting with inventory and restocking supplies.
• Uphold hygiene and health and safety standards in the workspace.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver a seamless service.
