RBH Hospitality Management seeks a Food & Beverage Team Member for Courtyard Sheffield to deliver warm guest experiences in a 24-hour operation. You will take orders, serve food and drinks, and maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness.

As part of our team, you will work closely with kitchen and bar staff, adapt to busy periods, and contribute to a welcoming dining environment with consistent service and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service.
• Take and process food and drink orders accurately while noting special requests.
• Serve food and drinks with high presentation standards and timely service.
• Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including basic barista duties.
• Maintain stock of dining area and assist with inventory.
• Uphold hygiene and health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service.

What you'll be doing...

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentiveservice, making their experience enjoyable from start to finish.
• Take and process food and drink ordersaccurately, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled.
• Serve food and drinks with care, keepingpresentation standards high and timing smooth.
• Set up, clean, and reset tables and serviceareas, maintaining an inviting and well-organised dining space.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages,including basic barista duties and refreshing non-alcoholic drinks.
• Keep the dining area stocked by assisting withinventory and restocking supplies.
• Uphold hygiene and health and safety standards,ensuring a spotless and compliant workspace.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams todeliver a seamless service, supporting each other for a smooth operation.
