Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management in the UK is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Team Member to deliver warm, attentive service and make every guest’s dining experience enjoyable from start to finish. You will take and process orders, serve meals and beverages, keep tables and spaces tidy, assist with barista tasks, and work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations.

Prior experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn, good communication, and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service, ensuring a great start to their dining experience.
• Take and process food and drink orders accurately, noting special requests.
• Serve food and drinks with care, maintaining high presentation and timing.
• Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas to keep an inviting dining space.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including basic barista duties and non-alcoholic options.
• Keep the dining area stocked by assisting with inventory and restocking supplies.
• Uphold hygiene and health and safety standards in a spotless workspace.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver a seamless service.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU A friendly, professional approach with a passion for creating positive guest experiences.
