Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management in Leeds is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Member to join our Met Hotel team. You will welcome guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and help maintain a welcoming dining space.

This role focuses on accuracy, presentation, and teamwork, with opportunities to learn basic barista duties and contribute to a smooth service during peak times. Compensation to be discussed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service.
• Take and process food and drink orders accurately, noting special requests.
• Serve food and drinks with high presentation standards and timely service.
• Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including basic barista duties and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Keep dining area stocked by assisting with inventory and restocking.
• Uphold hygiene and safety standards to maintain a spotless workspace.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.

What you'll be doing...

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service, making their experience enjoyable from start to finish.

• Keep the dining area stocked by assisting with inventory and restocking supplies.

• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver a seamless service, supporting each other for a smooth operation.
