Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Member to join our hotel dining team. You will welcome guests, take orders, serve meals and beverages, and keep the dining area welcoming and well presented.

You'll work with kitchen and bar teams, uphold hygiene standards, and support a fast-paced operation with a customer‑focused approach. Prior service experience is a plus, and you’ll gain valuable industry exposure in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional approach with a passion for creating positive guest experiences.
• Clear communication with guests and colleagues.
• Willingness to learn; prior food & beverage experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting; energy to handle peak times.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service, making their experience enjoyable from start to finish.
• Take and process food and drink orders accurately, noting and fulfilling special requests.
• Serve food and drinks with care, maintaining high presentation standards and timing.
• Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas, keeping the dining space inviting.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including basic barista duties and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Keep the dining area stocked by assisting with inventory and restocking supplies.
• Uphold hygiene and health and safety standards in the workspace.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver a seamless service.

• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver a seamless service, supporting each other for a smooth operation.
