Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a friendly, guest-focused Food & Beverage Team Member for our hotel. You will greet guests, take orders, and deliver high-quality service across dining spaces, while assisting with breakfast service and beverage preparation.

The role requires clear communication, attention to detail, and a team-oriented approach to maintain smooth operations during peak times. Flexible scheduling and supportive colleagues are offered.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional approach with a passion for creating positive guest experiences.
• Willingness to learn; prior food & beverage experience is a plus.
• Clear communication to interact confidently with guests and colleagues.
• Keen eye for detail, especially in order accuracy and food presentation.
• Team-focused, ready to jump in and support others to keep service flowing.
• Flexibility and energy to thrive in a fast-paced setting, handling peak times with ease.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service, making their experience enjoyable from start to finish.
• Take and process food and drink orders accurately, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled.
• Serve food and drinks with care, keeping presentation standards high and timing smooth.
• Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas, maintaining an inviting and well-organised dining space.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including basic barista duties and breakfast items; setup/clear buffet.
• Keep the dining area stocked by assisting with inventory and restocking supplies.
• Uphold hygiene and health and safety standards, ensuring a spotless and compliant workspace.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver a seamless service, supporting each other for a smooth operation.

What you'll be doing...

• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver a seamless service, supporting each other for a smooth operation.
