Job summary

Hoburne Park is seeking a Food and Beverage Team Leader to oversee front-of-house operations and lead a cohesive team across our park venues. The role requires a proactive attitude, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage events and stock efficiently.

The successful candidate will supervise staff, coach team members, and ensure smooth service during evenings, weekends and holidays as part of a permanent full-time position at Hoburne Park.

Qualifications

• Previous Food and Beverage supervisory experience required.
• Ability to supervise front of house operations and coach staff.
• Experience running events such as weddings or functions is advantageous.
• Proficiency in monitoring and controlling stock.

• Supervise all day-to-day front of house operations.
• Mentor and coach team members to maintain service standards.
• Coordinate events and functions when required.
