The Peninsula London is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor for Canton Blue, its Cantonese restaurant. You will report to the Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager, supervising the F&B team to deliver exceptional service and a refined dining experience in a high-profile hotel setting.

Applicants should have strong knowledge of F&B, with a preference for Asian cuisine, hospitality training, and the ability to work under pressure in a fine dining environment.
