Job summary

The Peninsula London is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead service at Canton Blue, reporting to the Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager. This role focuses on delivering a memorable Cantonese dining experience within our flagship hotel.

The successful candidate will have solid knowledge of food & beverage, including wine; experience in fine dining is preferred, with additional languages seen as an advantage.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of food and beverage, including wine; Asian cuisine preferred.
• Hospitality training or equivalent.
• Experience in fine dining settings.
• Additional languages are a plus.
• Friendly, flexible, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating memorable experiences through service levels and delivering a unique food & beverage offering.
• Ensure the team of F&B Attendants are trained and consistently delivering high levels of service.
• Understand all food and beverage items ordered, including ingredients, methods of preparation and sequences of service.
