Bespoke Hotels is seeking a proactive Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our restaurant, bar, breakfast service and café in the Scottish Highlands. The role involves supervising, training, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

You will cover breakfast, lunch, and dinner with occasional café shifts, acting as a key holder to open/close departments and support senior management in their absence.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in hospitality or F&B.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to stay calm and organized in busy settings.
• Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Personal Licence qualification would be advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operation of restaurant, bar, breakfast service, and café.
• Lead and motivate team to deliver excellent service.
• Ensure guests receive warm, professional experience.
• Open and close departments as key holder.
• Assist with staff training and development.
• Monitor service standards and maintain cleanliness and presentation.
• Handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, licensing, health and safety, and company policies.
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and cash handling.
• Support other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
