Job summary

The Torridon is seeking a proactive 1887 F&B Supervisor to support a seamless guest experience across our dining outlets in the Highlands. You will help lead a team, ensure high standards of service, and deliver Forbes 5* hospitality.

Accommodation and meals are provided, with development opportunities and a strong focus on sustainable practices. Key responsibilities include coordinating guest requests, supervising service quality, and maintaining a friendly, professional environment for guests

Qualifications

• At least 1 year restaurant experience.
• Basic wine knowledge required.
• Passionate about food and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all guest F&B requests and coordinate +1 service for every guest.
• Supervise and coordinate 1887 in the absence of a manager.
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and tact to improve dining experience.
• Deliver on Forbes 5* standards with genuine interest and luxury.
• Organise and coordinate guests' special requests with a sense of luxury.
• Host and assist in seating or serving while maintaining dining room standards.
• Ensure consistent F&B service per SOP and Forbes standards.
