Job summary

Burlington Hotel in the Scottish Highlands is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our restaurant, bar, breakfast service, and café. This hands-on supervisory role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving a high-performance hospitality team.

You will work across breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts, including café cover, act as a key holder for opening and closing procedures, and support training, standards and compliance within a busy hotel

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in hospitality or hotel operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to stay calm and organised in a busy environment.
• Flexible to varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety standards.
• Personal Licence qualification advantageous but not essential.

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our hospitality team. This is a hands-on supervisory role within our hotel, supporting the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, bar, breakfast service, and café. The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading by example in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

This position involves a variety of shifts, including breakfast, lunch, and evening dinner service, with occasional café cover when required.

As a key holder, you will be trusted with opening and closing procedures and ensuring the smooth running of the department in the absence of senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the daily operation of the restaurant, bar, breakfast service, and café.

Working Hours

This role operates on a rota basis and includes:
