Job summary

Harbour Hotels is seeking an F&B Supervisor to lead from the front, energise the team and ensure every guest receives a great experience from arrival to departure.

This hands-on leadership role is on the floor, with responsibility for shift ownership, maintaining high standards, solving problems and maximising guest satisfaction and revenue.

Strong communication, weekend/evening/bank holiday availability and a passion for hospitality are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous F&B or hospitality supervisory experience.
• Energetic, hands-on and confident leadership style.
• Passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.
• Must be available to work weekends, evenings, bank holidays and during busy seasonal periods.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to lead a team and take ownership of the shift.

Responsibilities
