Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead the hotel’s F&B operations, delivering exceptional guest service and supervising a large team. You will partner with the F&B Manager to recruit, train, and develop staff, while upholding brand standards and budgets.

Responsibilities include monitoring service quality, developing menus with the culinary team, analysing sales and financial reports, and collaborating with marketing and sales to promote F&B offerings.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in delivering first class service in a food and beverage environment.
• Understanding of F&B industry standards and best practices.
