Job summary

Aimbridge is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor in Nottingham to lead and supervise the hotel’s extensive F&B operations. You will partner with the F&B Manager to recruit, train and manage staff while ensuring exceptional guest service and adherence to brand standards.

You will monitor trends, analyse sales data, and work with marketing to promote F&B offerings, maintaining budgets and health & safety compliance. This role emphasizes leadership, communication, and organisational excellence.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in delivering first class service in a food and beverage environment.
• Deep understanding of food and beverage industry standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver F&B operations and supervise the largest part of the hotel’s food and beverage operations.
• Recruiting and managing staff in partnership with the Food and Beverage Manager.
• Ensure high levels of customer service, develop menus, maintain inventory and budgets, and enforce health and safety regulations.
• Monitor industry trends, analyse sales and financial reports, and collaborate with marketing and sales to promote F&B offerings.
