Responsibilities

• Communicate event requirements and updates to Food & Beverage teams.
• Oversee post-event breakdown and safe storage of equipment.
• Manage F&B team performance including scheduling, coaching, and recognition.
• Maintain health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.
