The Marcus Portrush, Tapestry Collection by Hilton is seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor to lead on-shift service across breakfast, restaurant or bar. You will uphold brand standards, manage a small team and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining high levels of cleanliness and safety.

Based in Portrush, Northern Ireland, the role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, supporting the management team, and achieving service targets within a vibrant hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience within a Food and Beverage role.
• Proven experience supervising and directing others.
• Customer service experience and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the leader on shift during service.
• Ensure department is adequately resourced and runs to standards.
• Meet targets and contribute to department targets.
• Maintain brand standards and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor beverages and food to company standards and regulations.
• Health and Safety compliance and risk management.
