Marine & Lawn Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to support daily Restaurant and Bar operations and lead the team to deliver memorable guest experiences. You will model excellent service, train staff, and ensure smooth service across shifts at a prime Northern Ireland location.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or senior team member role in hospitality.
• A passion for food, drink, and creating memorable guest experiences.
• A team player with great communication and people skills.
• A proactive approach and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Good organisation and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day service in the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Support, guide, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional hospitality.
• Train new team members to uphold standards.
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and maintaining a well-presented service area.
• Ensure health, safety and hygiene standards are followed at all times.
• Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to implement improvements.
• Handle guest queries or issues professionally.
