Job summary

Dunluce Lodge in Portrush is seeking Food and Beverage Assistants to join our Bar and Restaurant team. The role involves delivering exemplary service across restaurant, bar, wine cellar and terrace, with 16 hours per week over two days at £12.88 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and serving food and beverages to guests.
• Maintain dining areas tidy and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and complaints.
• Support the Food & Beverage team with table setup, restocking, and inventory support.
• Coordinate and assist with events and special functions as needed.
• Keep areas well-stocked and presented to a high standard.
