Job summary

Andras House Ltd, part of Andras Hotels, is seeking an F&B Supervisor to lead shifts across breakfast, restaurant or bar service. You will uphold brand standards, ensure guest satisfaction, and supervise the F&B team to maintain high service levels while complying with hygiene and safety regulations.

Hours: 16 hours per week. We offer extensive staff benefits and opportunities for development through the Andras Academy within a growing hotel group in Northern Ireland.

Qualifications

• Experience within a Food and Beverage role.
• Proven experience of supervising and directing others.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• 5 GCSEs including Maths and English or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Be the on-shift leader during service.
• Ensure areas run effectively in absence of Head of Department.
• Meet targets and ensure department targets and brand standards.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and hygiene compliance.
• Supervise staff and manage cash closing at end of shift.
• Ensure staff have product knowledge of hotel facilities.
