Job summary

Hilton Belfast is seeking an enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. You’ll help drive the day-to-day running of the restaurant, lead from the front and support the team to uphold high guest-service standards.

The role is permanent, full-time (40 hours per week) with flexibility across a Monday to Sunday operation, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Previous F&B experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a restaurant or Food & Beverage environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, hands-on approach with the confidence to lead and support a team.

Responsibilities

• deputise for the Food & Beverage Manager in their absence and lead the team.
• Supervise, encourage and develop the food and beverage team.
• Ensure service standards are maintained during breakfast operations.
• Set and ready tables for guests at all times.
• Take and execute guests' orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain knowledge of the food and beverage menu and respond to queries.
