Cambridge Bar Hill Hotel, Signature Collection By Best Western, is seeking a motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to help shape the guest experience and support the team to perform at their best. You will work with the F&B Manager to run daily service, lead by example, and ensure our restaurant and bar meet high standards.

Ideal candidates will have prior F&B supervisory experience, enjoy leading others, and be committed to delivering memorable guest experiences while developing leadership

Qualifications

• Experience in a food & beverage supervisory or senior team member role.
• Able to lead by example and support others during service.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, service and detail.
• Clear, positive communication even in busy environments.
• Driven to create great guest experiences and develop leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Support smooth day‑to‑day operation of the F&B service.
• Lead the team during service and deputise when required.
• Set clear expectations and mentor colleagues.
• Drive revenue through excellent service and attention to detail.
