Job summary

The Fellows House, Curio Collection by Hilton in Cambridge is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all F&B operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will lead the Folio Bar & Kitchen, Sage of Cambridge, and room service, setting high standards and driving profitability.

The role requires senior management experience in hospitality, menu planning, cost control, and staff development, with strong knowledge of food hygiene.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of senior management experience in restaurant or hotel F&B.
• Proven ability to plan menus, manage stock and costs, and create budgets.
• Strong knowledge of UK food hygiene and health & safety laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all F&B operations across outlets and room service, ensuring guest satisfaction and high standards.
• Direct budgeting, stock control, schedules and cost management to maximise profitability.
• Lead, train and develop the F&B team; recruit and succession planning; ensure compliance with safety and brand standards.
