Job summary

Warner Hotels at Heythrop Park is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead service shifts and ensure exceptional guest experiences across our restaurants and bars. You will coach and motivate a team, uphold high operational standards, and collaborate closely with managers to deliver memorable dining moments.

Reporting to the F&B leadership, you will be the face of hospitality on shift, drive service excellence, and maintain guest satisfaction across all outlets at Heythrop Park.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage or hospitality operations.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards—Level 3 food safety certificate desirable.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-shift leader across the department.
• Monitor standards and efficiency in all areas.
• Coordinate with department managers to resolve issues promptly.
• Provide on-shift coaching and guidance to teams.
• Reallocate resources during busy periods to maintain service levels.
• Motivate teams and lead by example with a positive, collaborative approach.
• Serve as the main guest contact during the shift.
• Handle queries, complaints and VIPs professionally.
• Maintain visibility in public areas to support engagement and satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to H&S regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies.
• Act as person responsible for emergency procedures, fire safety and first aid.
• Complete incident reports as needed.
• Monitor upselling opportunities across F&B and retail.
• Ensure correct cash handling and billing processes.
• Support cost control while protecting guest experience.
• Conduct thorough shift handovers and prepare shift reports.
