Sofitel London Gatwick invites applications for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team on site in Horley. You will support the F&B Manager in daily operations across all outlets, lead by example, and ensure outstanding guest service and personal guest experiences.

We value initiative, composure under pressure, and a professional appearance. Experience in a similar 4-star hotel is advantageous as we continue to deliver premium hospitality and growth within the Arora group.

Responsibilities

• F&B Supervisors on our team assist the F&B Manager with the day-to-day operation of all F&B outlets.
• They lead by example and encourage the team to embrace every opportunity to create extra special moments for our guests and provide a personal experience that will be remembered.
• Manage the team to ensure excellent customer service.
• Able to work in all areas of F&B outlets.
• Carry out stock taking.
• Assist with training employees.
