Job summary

Sofitel London Gatwick, part of the Arora Group, is recruiting a Chef de Partie to run a busy kitchen section and deliver dishes to a superior standard. You will contribute to a vibrant, high-energy team in a four‑star hotel with a strong emphasis on quality and guest experience.

You will work closely with colleagues to maintain presentation, taste and texture, while mentoring junior chefs and adapting to service demands in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Chef de parties in our teams create a culinary experience for our guests through an eye for detail and passion for flavours.
• Running a busy section in the kitchen.
• Ability to cook delicious dishes to an extremely high standard.
• Ensure that presentation, taste, texture and quality are always maintained.
• Help impart your knowledge to junior chefs.
