Sofitel London Gatwick, part of the Arora Group, is recruiting a Chef de Partie to run a busy kitchen section and deliver dishes to a superior standard. You will contribute to a vibrant, high-energy team in a four‑star hotel with a strong emphasis on quality and guest experience.

You will work closely with colleagues to maintain presentation, taste and texture, while mentoring junior chefs and adapting to service demands in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Provide high quality service.
• Flexible approach to assist in different areas of the kitchen.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Team player with a positive, proactive manner.
• Experience in a similar role within a 4‑star hotel is an advantage.
