Florattica, a stylish rooftop venue in London, is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily operations and deliver memorable guest experiences. Overview of Role

We are currently looking for an experienced, passionate, and highly motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Florattica. We are seeking an enthusiastic hospitality professional with excellent leadership skills, a strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Management team, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of Florattica, ensuring high standards of service, maintaining operational efficiency, and creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, vibrant hospitality environment and is looking to develop their career within a growing hospitality group.

The Role

• Supervise and coordinate daily Food & Beverage operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service at all times.
• Lead, motivate, and support the team to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain the highest standards of customer service, professionalism, presentation, and attention to detail.
• Support the management team in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure all team members follow company policies, service standards, and operational procedures.
• Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
• Assist with training, coaching, and developing team members to improve service standards and product knowledge.
• Monitor service performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and other hotel departments to ensure effective communication and seamless operations.
• Support stock control, inventory management, ordering, and minimising wastage.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, food hygiene, licensing regulations, and company procedures.
• Assist with staff scheduling, break management, and effective allocation of team members during service.
• Support the management team in achieving revenue targets through upselling, product knowledge, and excellent guest engagement.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment in line with Florattica's standards.
• Lead by example, promoting teamwork, accountability, and a positive working environment.
• Take responsibility for the smooth running of the venue in the absence of senior management, when required.

The Candidate

• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisor role or a similar leadership position within a busy restaurant, bar, rooftop venue, or premium hospitality environment.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and support a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable attitude.
• Ability to remain calm, organised, and solution-focused under pressure.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including food service, cocktails, wines, spirits, and premium beverages.
• A proactive, hands‑on approach with excellent attention to detail.
• Confidence in handling guest complaints and resolving operational challenges effectively.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise responsibilities, and make decisions independently when required.
• Good understanding of stock management, cost control, and upselling techniques.
• Knowledge of food safety, health and safety, and licensing regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays according to business needs.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to lead by example.
• A team player who takes ownership, demonstrates accountability, and contributes to a supportive working environment.
