Job summary

Florattica Rooftop London, a rooftop bar and restaurant, is seeking a passionate Waiter/Waitress to join the team. You will deliver memorable guest experiences in a vibrant, fast-paced environment and play a key role in upholding high service standards.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about hospitality, confident with guests, and capable of personalised service while collaborating with the Front of House team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or Front of House role preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident when interacting with guests and offering recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional and attentive service to all guests.
• Welcome guests and ensure they feel looked after throughout their experience.
• Take orders accurately for food and beverages.
• Provide knowledge on menus including ingredients and allergens.
• Explain and recommend menu items to guests.
• Serve food and drinks according to service standards.
• Keep tables and service areas clean and well-maintained.
• Anticipate and respond promptly to guest needs.
• Communicate with bar, kitchen and Front of House team.
• Process bills and payments accurately.
• Support team during busy periods and events.
• Follow health, safety, and responsible service procedures.
