You will manage event teams on shift, coordinate cross-department logistics, and serve as the main point of contact during events, ensuring guests feel confident, cared for, and impressed throughout their experience at our boutique properties.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership experience in hospitality or events.
• Ability to coordinate multiple departments during events and ensure seamless delivery.
• Strong guest service mindset with ability to make guests feel cared for even under pressure.
