Job summary

Bespoke Hotels is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead our F&B operation, ensuring superior guest service and adherence to hospitality standards. The role requires 1–2 years in a similar position, with a passion for hospitality and a willingness to learn within a growing team.

You will empower staff to manage guest feedback, maintain cleanliness and service quality across all F&B departments, and drive improvements in guest satisfaction while fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure departments meet set criteria and hospitality service standards.

• Maintain service standards across the hotel’s F&B operation.
