Job summary

Bespoke Hotels is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. You will deputise for the Food & Beverage Manager, drive service standards, and maximise efficiencies across all F&B activities.

The role requires at least 1 year’s experience in a similar position, a passion for hospitality, reliability, and a willingness to learn. A strong guest-focus and leadership mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• To deliver excellence across all Food and Beverage activities, maximising profits and leading a highly-motivated team to exceed guest expectations.
• Ensure departments meet criteria and consistently achieve product and hospitality service standards.
• Empower the team to handle guest feedback, positive or negative.
• Maintain service standards throughout the food and beverage operation.
• Ensure cleanliness standards for all food and beverage areas in line with company policies.
• Supervise, encourage and develop the food and beverage team.
• Deputise for the Food & Beverage Manager in their absence.

Requirements

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor you will be expected to deputise for the Food & Beverage Manager in their absence. You will be required to play a vital role in leading and developing the team.

The ideal person will have at least 1 year’s experience in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, reliable and willing to learn.

Duties Will Include

• To deliver excellence across all Food and Beverage activities, maximising profits and exploiting opportunities for improved efficiencies and to effectively lead and develop a highly-motivated team to exceed customer expectations.
• Ensure departments are meeting set criteria, through confirming that all employees consistently achieve product and hospitality service standards.
• To empower the team to be able to handle all guest feedback positive and negative.
• To ensure all service standards are maintained throughout the food and beverage operation.
• Ensure that Company and legal standards for cleanliness are maintained within all food and beverage areas.
• Supervising, encouraging and developing the food and beverage team.
• Deputise for the Food & Beverage Manager in their absence.
