Job summary

Kimpton Clocktower Hotel in Manchester is seeking a passionate Front Office Manager to lead the front desk and guest services, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out and delivering memorable experiences.

Reporting to the Front Office Lead, you will coach the team, manage rotas, handle guest escalations, and work closely with Housekeeping and Reservations to maximise room readiness and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven Front Office Manager or senior Assistant Front Office Manager in a hotel.
• Experience leading Duty Manager shifts and hotel safety oversight.
• Strong leadership, communication and guest-relationship skills.
• Ability to manage priorities, staffing and performance in a busy operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Front Office operation including reception and guest services.
• Be highly visible on the front desk and coach the team across shifts.
• Manage rotas, staffing and departmental performance.
• Handle guest feedback and escalations to improve experience.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Reservations and other departments.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and health & safety standards.
