Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate F&B team during shifts to ensure smooth operations and guest service.
• Lead by example and motivate team to achieve high service standards.
• Allocate duties according to business needs and levels; conduct shift briefings.
• Communicate daily specials, VIP guests, events and updates to the team.
• Deliver warm, personalised guest experiences and promote upselling opportunities.
• Support induction and training of new team members; monitor stock and place orders as needed.
• Take responsibility for the outlet in the absence of management.
