Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to deliver friendly, efficient service to guests in a 3/4 star hotel setting. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll uphold SOPs, maintain F&B areas and drive sales through upselling.

You will join an environment that supports internal development, with Dalata Academy providing courses and mentorship from senior team members.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Previous hotel experience in a 3/4 star property is desirable but not essential.
• Experience in a fast-paced/high-volume environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate Food & Beverage service according to SOPs.
• Ensure timely setup and maintenance of F&B areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in F&B areas.
• Control heating, lighting and music/TVs to create a comfortable atmosphere.
• Provide efficient and friendly service to guests at all times.
• Maximise sales through upselling.
• Complete daily SOP checklists to uphold training standards.
• Execute daily and weekly cleaning checklists to ensure hygiene standards.
