Job summary

The Radisson Blu Hotel Glasgow is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor on a 32-hour contract in Glasgow. You will work with the leadership team to support hotel operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Passionate about hospitality industry and guest service excellence.
• Experience supervising teams in busy environments is preferred.
• Strong personal presentation and professional demeanor.
• Solid knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiastic teamwork with flexibility and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Deputise for the Food & Beverage Manager in their absence and lead the team.
• Supervise, encourage and develop the food and beverage team.
• Maintain service standards throughout breakfast operation.
• Ensure tables are set and ready for guests at all times.
• Take and execute guest orders promptly and accurately.
• Demonstrate good knowledge of the menu and respond to queries.
• Communicate guest requirements and dietary needs with teams accordingly.
