Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to join our vibrant Glasgow team. You will support the smooth running of the F&B department, deliver high level guest service, and work as part of a team to meet hotel initiatives and daily targets.

Experience in F&B is beneficial but not required; a can-do attitude and strong communication skills are essential. IT systems experience helps, and you will be encouraged to grow with us in a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supports the smooth running of the food & beverage department, where all aspects of the guest F&B service are delivered to the highest levels.
• Works as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries.
• Takes responsibility for duties and tasks assigned, ensuring work is carried out in a timely and professional manner.
• Delivers on departmental plans and hotel initiatives and targets.
• Collaborates with their immediate report, ensuring costs and inventory control, productivity and performance.
• Builds and maintains effective working relationships whilst promoting the company culture and values.
• Ensures adherence to legislation and best practices, documenting for audits and following up as required.
