DoubleTree by Hilton Glasgow Central is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join its dynamic team. In a fast-paced hotel setting, you will lead service, ensure guests receive exceptional, professional care, and support the F&B manager in daily operations.

The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with a passion for guest satisfaction, resilient and hardworking, and ready to adapt and develop within a thriving hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Team Leader experience preferred.
• Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and open demeanor; positive guest interaction.
• Resilient and hardworking in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for excellent customer service; hospitality mindset.
• Experience in busy Food & Beverage operation is ideal but not essential.
• Willingness to adapt and develop within the role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to all guests at all times.
• Assist with the service of guests ensuring efficient, professional service.
• Support the Food & Beverage Manager to ensure smooth department operation.
• Maintain strong knowledge of hotel products and standards.
• Ensure Health & Safety/Food compliance is followed.
