Job summary

Copthorne Slough Windsor Hotel, part of Millennium Hotels UK, is seeking an enthusiastic F&B Supervisor to lead the team and maintain exceptional service. You will drive guest satisfaction, manage daily service, and support profitability through effective team leadership.

The role includes shifts across mornings and evenings, with opportunities for apprenticeship and career development via the M Academy and our brand network.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory/team leader position.
• Attentive, professional customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a big team.
• Experience of processing payments (ideally on Micros) would be advantageous.
• As the position covers mornings and evenings, availability for varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Communicate all our food and beverage offerings to customers.
• Accurately process payments (cash, card and room charging) according to company guidelines.
• Provide a warm and welcoming service at all guest touch points and address queries.
• Supervise day-to-day staffing needs, plan and assign work.
• Ensure the team delivers high quality service and guest satisfaction.

Copthorne Slough Windsor Hotel are looking for a F&B Supervisor passionate about excellent food & exciting drinks, delivered in style. We want engaging people who possess natural flair & have a magnetic personality. We are looking for a dynamic character to be our new Food & Beverage Supervisor that can put great customer service at the heart of everything that they do. Using your creative nature & personality, you will support the F&B team & lead by example to drive their performance in delivering excellent customer service in all interactions, & profitability through driving sales & minimising wastage.

Responsibilities of an F&B Supervisor:

• Being able to confidently communicate all our food and beverage offerings available to customers.
• Accurately dealing with all payment transactions (cash, card and room charging) in the correct manner according to company guidelines.
• Providing a warm and welcoming service at all touch points with the guests ensuring that any queries or requirements are dealt with accordingly.
• Supervising day-to-day staffing needs, planning and assigning work and contributing to setting performance and development goals for team members
• Ensuring the team deliver on quality and guest satisfaction goals - making sure you all maintain a high level of guest satisfaction

The experience & qualifications required are:

• Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory/team leader position
• Attentive, professional customer service skills
• The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a big team
• Experience of processing payments (ideally on Micros) would be advantageous
• As the position covers breakfast, M&E functions or dinner service, the right candidate would need to be available for a variety of shifts over mornings and evenings, sometimes into the early hours
