Job summary

Stamford Social is seeking a capable Supervisor to lead front of house operations on shift, ensuring smooth service, organised teams and a polished guest experience. You will oversee section readiness, guest interactions and overall service execution while guiding colleagues during busy periods.

The role requires hands-on leadership, effective communication, and flexibility to cover weekends and rotating shifts in a dynamic hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant, cafe, or hospitality environment with some leadership exposure
• Good understanding of service sequence, floor organisation, and guest care
• Able to guide junior team members and maintain standards on shift
• Strong communication skills and calm approach under pressure
• Hands-on attitude with willingness to support wherever needed
• Able to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts as required

Responsibilities

• Support and supervise front of house operations during service
• Ensure sections are ready, organised, and properly staffed before and during service
