Job summary

Warner Hotels is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor at The Runnymede on Thames to lead service shifts, coach teams, and ensure guest satisfaction across our restaurants and bars. You will work closely with managers to maintain high standards and deliver memorable dining experiences.

As a supervisor, you’ll uphold hygiene and safety practices, drive upselling opportunities, and support cost control while maintaining exceptional guest care and team morale.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality operations.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards – Level 3 food safety certificate would be desirable
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Responsibilities

• Act as on shift leader across the department and monitor operational standards.
• Serve as the main guest contact during the shift and handle queries and VIP requests.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety and compliance regulations and incident reporting.
• Monitor upselling opportunities across F&B and retail and manage cash handling.
