Job summary

Marriott London Heathrow is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to join our hospitality team. You will lead floor service, banqueting and outlet operations, ensuring high standards of food safety, hygiene and guest service across all venues.

You will collaborate with culinary and back-of-house teams, manage guest inquiries, and assist with reservations and group bookings while upholding the brand’s service culture and standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with a positive attitude, grooming, body language and tone, and support brand standards across all venues.
• Multitask across floor service, bartending, barista, hosting, banqueting, and room setups as required.
• Ensure food handling, hygiene, safety, and allergy awareness compliance.
• Assist management with reservations, group enquiries, and revenue-generating activities for the F&B department.
• Maintain harmonious relations with culinary and back-of-house teams to exceed guest expectations.
