Job summary

Hyatt Place London Heathrow Airport is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead the restaurant and events teams, delivering Hyatt-standard guest experiences. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to operations in a premium hotel setting.

You will manage staff, payroll, stock, and budgets while promoting Hyatt values and ensuring safety and quality across the Food & Beverage department.

Qualifications

• Experience in premium hospitality is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable work ethic.
• Conversational English to communicate with colleagues and guests.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Food & Beverage team to deliver guest experiences that meet Hyatt standards.
• Oversee daily restaurant and events operations, ensuring service, presentation and cleanliness.
• Maximise revenue opportunities through service, teamwork and operational excellence.
• Build relationships with guests and handle requests or concerns professionally.
• Conduct team briefings, training and performance reviews to support staff development.
• Manage staffing, payroll, ordering and stock control within budgets and needs.
