Haven is seeking a Food & Beverage Outlets Manager to lead a dynamic team across multiple pop-up outlets including Cooks Fish & Chip’s, Seaside Treats, and Bertie’s Ice Cream. You’ll direct service excellence, manage budgets, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while upholding Haven standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, mentoring staff, driving guest satisfaction, and delivering memorable experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Duty Manager/Store Manager or similar leadership in F&B or retail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Strong organisation and multitasking.
• Experience budgeting and financial management.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

You'll inspire your team to hit their goals and keep up high standards by showing them how it’s done! You'll be hands-on with performance, offering feedback to help your team grow, tackling any challenges, and supporting their development. Managing resources like budgets and tools will be key to keeping things running smoothly. You'll also be the driving force behind fantastic guest experiences, continuously improving how we interact and solving any issues that pop up. Plus, you'll make sure everything stays safe, compliant, and on point with company policies and brand standards.
