Job summary

Haven is seeking a Food & Beverage Outlets Manager to lead a dynamic team across multiple pop-up outlets including Cooks Fish & Chip’s, Seaside Treats, and Bertie’s Ice Cream. You’ll direct service excellence, manage budgets, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while upholding Haven standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, mentoring staff, driving guest satisfaction, and delivering memorable experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Duty Manager/Store Manager or similar leadership in F&B or retail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Strong organisation and multitasking.
• Experience budgeting and financial management.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
