Job summary

Crowne Plaza Glasgow is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily F&B operations with a focus on delivering the highest standards of service and profitability.

You will oversee planning, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reviews, while coordinating across kitchen, events and operations teams to achieve business goals. This role requires strong leadership and a hands-on, guest-centric approach.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Food & Beverage outlets to maintain high service standards.
• Plan budgets and review forecasts for revenue and expenditure.
• Carry out Duty Management shifts as required by business needs.
• Analyse month-end reports and compare results to the business plan.
• Coordinate with Head Chef, Conference & Events Manager and Operations Manager.
• Prepare and submit post-mortem promotion reports to General Manager.
